Optical Practice Manager

£30,000 base salary, thanks to a realistic monthly bonus of up to £400 alongside an annual conversion and turnover bonus of around £2,500

Steady retail setting – lead a long-standing, stable store team in a compact supermarket environment where your day-to-day presence makes an immediate impact

Balanced weekend work – open seven days a week, so you will only need to cover one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with flexible shift scheduling alongside the rest of the team

Genuine operational freedom – take full ownership of store leadership, NHS compliance, performance reviews, and monthly reconciliations without micromanagement

Hands-on leadership – spend the majority of your day out on the floor, dispensing, guiding patients, and leading your team by example rather than sitting behind a desk
