Basic pay of £25,200 to £27,500 based on your qualifications and experience, topped up with an achievable monthly bonus typically between £100 and £200, with top performers reaching around £500 each month

Salary increases as you progress, starting at £25,200 for those new to the role, £26,500 with a Cert 3, and up to £27,500 once you hold your Cert 4
