Salary of £25,000 to £27,500 dependent on experience, backed by monthly individual bonuses of £100 to £150, additional quarterly team bonuses, and a birthday day off as part of a great place to work scheme

A brilliant, busy practice environment operating across five to six test rooms, a contact lens room, and two audiology rooms, giving you plenty of variety every single day

A shop-floor-focused routine where roughly 90 per cent of your time is spent doing what you do best: interacting with patients, building rapport, and confidently dispensing single vision, bifocals, and varifocals

No prior contact lens or audiology experience is needed whatsoever, as the team is completely happy to train you up and help you expand your skillset

Fantastic career progression on offer, with potential funding for Dispensing Optician training for the right person who wants to take their professional development further

A sensible 37.5-hour working week across five days with rotas provided at least four weeks in advance, requiring just one weekend day with flexible options around Saturdays, Sundays, or alternating weekends
