About the role


We’re looking for a Recruiter to join the team, focused on permanent recruitment in the optical retail sector – a high-volume market that’s always hiring. This is a fast-paced role that directly rewards effort (simply put, the more you put in, the more you get out). If you love the energy of high-volume recruitment, and want to earn well without the typical wolf-of-wall-street environment – then keep on reading.


With a constant pipeline of candidates and a fast-paced market full of opportunities, you’ll be making multiple permanent placements per month, meaning consistent wins and strong earning potential. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to on-boarding, and play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying new business development opportunities.
