putting the talent in talentshed.

If you already know a little bit about us, you’ll know we’re very different to most recruitment companies out there. Our culture is absolutely critical to who we are. We put our team first, we innovate, we use ground-breaking technology, we support our people, and we have fun. We don’t believe in micro-management and burning people out in high pressure, rule-heavy environments.

We believe that when you feel truly valued and supported, you perform at your best. That’s why we’ve built a pay structure that offers stability, clarity and recognition - with base salaries well above the market rate, alongside a great commission scheme.

Your job can (and should) provide a long-term, rewarding career - which is exactly what we do at talentshed.

10/10 for culture and career growth!

December 2024

Coming into the recruitment industry with no experience it was key to me to find an environment that could support my development and offer the opportunity to grow. Talentshed continues to amaze me with how brilliant the support is provided by management and the wider team alongside the training opportunities to push for the next step in my career.

recruitment
careers.

As we've said, culture is absolutely key for us. Put simply, our recruitment teams are down-to-earth people who care about what they do.

We foster a supportive, rather than “salesy”, environment and our team don’t think they’re Leo in Wolf of Wall Street. There’s no bell to ring when you make a placement, no formal dress code, and no pressure to stay at work past your contracted hours - only healthy competition (and a little bit of banter).

Our business directors have over 30 years of recruitment experience between them, and we have opportunities to work across the education and optical & audiology industries in either an in-house RPO or agency set up.

marketing careers.

Our in-house marketing function is what sets us apart from other recruitment businesses, and it has played a key role in our rapid growth.

Alongside delivering quality leads for our recruitment teams, we offer client services like employer branding, social media management, email campaigns, website development and content creation. We have delivered game-changing campaigns for everything from charity organisations and local businesses to multinational retail chains and global brands.

We are a results-driven marketing team that supports and nurtures originality, innovation and creativity – and we’re always open to hearing from marketers looking for a new opportunity.

what's next?

That’s up to you, really. There’s always a lot of hesitation around exploring other jobs in recruitment, but there doesn’t need to be (here, anyway). We’ll simply chat about how your experience and skills could fit into our structure, and you can find out about opportunities with us at your own pace (confidentially, of course).
