We know recruitment fees can feel steep – especially when every other cost to your business is going up. So instead of adding to that pressure, we’re doing the opposite.
We’ve taken our usual rate of 15%, and instead promise to cap our fees at just 10% for Optical Assistants and Lab Techs for 2025 - and cap fees for retail management roles at 12%, too. And it’s that simple, really.

When someone new joins your team, it can take time to know if they’re the right fit.
That’s why we’ve made a big change to how we support you if things don’t work out. Instead of the usual 8 week rebate period, we’ve decided to significantly increase ours to 13 weeks - promising you cover through the full length of a typical probation period.
And here’s the game-changer: you’ll now be entitled to a 100% refund for their first 6 weeks. That’s triple the time we previously offered, and significant shift designed to reduce risk to your business as much as possible.

Instead of invoicing the full fee on your new hire’s first day, we’ll split it into two manageable payments – 50% when they start, and the remaining 50% after they’ve completed their first month.
